Who is Paul Tan?
Internet Marketing takes on many forms. It can be one where you help yourself or your own business using the Internet as another sales and marketing channel. It can be one where you serve up other people’s products and services as an affiliate marketer.
Or you could do what I do. I help organisations and businesses gain traffic to their products and services online, predominantly using Search Engines.
This is true Search Engine Marketing (SEM). Some would tell you that Paid Search (or PPC - Pay Per Click) is SEM. That’s usually because they don’t understand Search Engine Optimization (SEO). My reply is usually; “Why go into battle with only one weapon?” The beauty of it is, they complement each other.


I’m currently working on being a Google Analytics Authorized Consultant.
I’m dabbling with Social Media Marketing, and it’s the current hot thing.
